Brand-new units with king bed. A mini fridge, a Juliet balcony, and free wireless internet access were nice. Nice location for Staines-upon-Thames, not far from outside gardens, and restaurants.

Fairly clean hotel with good location in Staines-upon-Thames so close to good link to Waterloo, airport for flight and transport and stores. Overall a fine stay for the third visit.

I came here with my daughter. The room was more than nicely furnished and brand-new and included a great-sized bathroom. The staff was friendly efficient and genuinely helpful, the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was hot, very cozy views, wonderful location so close to flight path and the Thames river. The room was not only air-conditioned, but stocked too, and had a sofa, armchairs, and an iron. The main bar was a plus.

Reasonably clean, good value hotel, its location was perfect and very close to hill, and public transport. The staff are very amiable and brilliantly helpful people at the buffet breakfast service.

The location was perfect, close to a very good shopping area, and the bed very clean. It was also near the town centre and obviously the river, Very close to all shops and the restaurant. We had a well-kept and tastefully decorated room overlooking the river.

Thanks to the immensely pleasant staff everything was good, including plenty of decent food. Really enjoyed our rooms with carpet in the hallways all rucked up the full length of hall right in the middle. A balcony, coffee, and a safe were available here.

The room compact and new-fashioned, bed exceptionally comfortable. Good location right by the shopping centre, Also very close to shops, and rail station, scenic views.

The room had a modern design, was small but had its own bathroom and offered a lovely view.
